August 21, 1975: Zamboanga del Norte removed from Region X by Presidential Decree No. 773.
October 12, 1990: Misamis Occidental removed from Region X by Executive Order No. 429, but not executed.
February 23, 1995: Agusan del Norte, Agusan del Sur and
Surigao del Norte removed from Region X by Republic Act No. 7901.
September 19, 2001 Lanao del Norte transferred into Region X by Executive Order No. 36.
